Sue's love for Colorado started with frequent skiing vacations over 25 years. Following her children’s move to Colorado and the birth of her six grandsons, Sue decided to make Colorado her home in 2015. Nowadays, she takes great joy in being an involved grandparent and watching her grandsons' achievements in their skiing and soccer teams.

Armed with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado, Hender embarked on a 15-year career in the legal field, serving various roles within the legal departments of several insurance companies and law firms. However, with a fervor for real estate investment sparked by successful "fix 'n flip" ventures, she decided to shift gears. Fueled by the support of her family and a desire to help others capitalize on the vast opportunities in real estate, she became a licensed real estate broker in 2000.
